Payment is processed via bank transfer (T/T), with a 50% deposit required to initiate production and the remaining 50% balance due before shipment. This structure allows us to procure materials and schedule the specialized labor required for complex display sets. All invoices and banking details are provided promptly to support your financial team.

Sampling typically takes 10 to 15 working days when required materials are in stock. If your design calls for imported materials or unique custom finishes, the timeline may extend to 30 to 45 days. This ensures both the structural stability and aesthetic finish of each prototype are fully verified before production begins.

If any factory errors occur during sampling, items are remade at no charge to meet your original specifications. Should you decide to change the design, dimensions, or materials after a sample has been produced, new sampling fees may apply. We recommend providing detailed retail layout plans or technical drawings during the initial consultation to help ensure the first sample meets your expectations.

Full display set production typically takes 60 to 75 working days, depending on total quantity and the complexity of materials and structures involved. This covers the entire process from material sourcing and structural fabrication through to final finishing and quality checks. For brands with fixed store opening dates, we recommend beginning the consultation and design process as early as possible.

Shipping costs are calculated based on actual or volumetric weight, whichever is greater. Because display platforms and pedestals can be voluminous, we use strategic packing methods to minimize total volume while ensuring maximum protection. We ship via FedEx, DHL, UPS, or your preferred freight forwarder for larger air or sea shipments, with full tracking information and documentation provided throughout.

Our standard trading term is EXW (Ex Works), meaning the client manages logistics from our factory. We can also provide quotes under FOB or other Incoterms upon request, and our team is experienced in preparing all necessary export documentation for clients shipping to single warehouses or multiple international retail locations.

To protect your displays during transit, all products are packed using high-density foam and specialized export cartons. We photograph goods prior to shipment to document their condition. In the unlikely event of transit damage, we provide full claims documentation assistance to help resolve the matter with the carrier, ensuring your custom displays arrive at your showroom in perfect condition.
